We set the lofty goal of increasing Sennheiser's presence in the U.S. by creating an entirely new market of headphone subscription consumers using a sprint-based frameworks to ensure we hit a grand slam with this new business model.
How in the world do you compete with Apple's Beats? And who the heck ever heard of a subscription service for headphones?!
First, we ran our Brand Sprint workshop to create a name and brand identity that would appeal to the target market. We then ran a series of Design Sprints to created a site that would tell the brand story of Sennheiser while clearly stating the value proposition of this radical idea.
Success! The presale campaign generated huge interest, which converted into a high rate of subscribers after launch. The initial pilot project has met or surpassed all expected ROIs and the parent company is going to expand the program.
